This, really. Haven't had much trouble against them with galakrond warrior. They don't have as much heal as you think. Playing around defile and plague is key though.
I'd say that in wild(don't know about standard) Galakrond Warlock is a pretty big deal. Drawing 3 cards for 4 mana AND 5/4 on top of it is a bit too much. If it was just 2 cards, it would be alright(since you have to have a payoff, that is bigger than usual, since you must play two cards, to get an effect)(Veiled Worshipper).
It really isn't though. Galakrond warlock is decent, nothing more. And Veiled Worshipper is definitely not the reason it's as strong as it is. It's the overload of swarm-synergies that wild offers.
In all honestly, I really hope that this awful Hunter cancer can be resolved. It's ridiculous to the point of what Shaman was pre-nerf
There is nothing to resolve other than your unreasonable hatred towards the class. The deck gets hard countered by paladins, priests and warriors. It's not even tier 1 at this point.
Weird, I'm pretty sure Sea Giant has been run in Shaman several times. It just might not have been absolutely broken as old Mogu was.
Yeah as I pressed post I realized I was wrong as both aggro and even shaman have run that card. The current Mogu compares extremely poorly to it, though.
I'm honestly surprised they didn't touch Necrium Apothecary. I haven't seen the deck enough in action but I hope it will have some proper counters unlike the current meta beast.
Here's to hoping that evolve original mana mechanic isn't exclusive to this week's tavern brawl. In that case I'm not sure this card even needed a nerf.
I understand that this was probably one of the strongest one-drops in standard, but I'm not sure it needed a nerf. Perhaps they expect aggro shaman's numbers to increase now that players might shy away from Galakrond?

A 2-cost minion with +3 stats is akin to a 3-cost minion. Why then, would you play this inconsistent card rather than a good 3-cost minion?
I really hope priest gets some better cards so that it doesn't have to be a one trick pony anymore.
It's cool that we get some more hand disruption. Shame many of these cards are tied to the warlock class though.
That's a really solid mech. Should give mech paladin a nice boost. This alone probably won't be enough to make it a good deck though.
If any class needs a buff it's paladin.
Mage isn't really in a bad spot.

Just when I crafted two Necrium Apothecary to try out wild aggro rogue, it'll probably get the axe. Oh well...
These changes do feel really quick though. As others have mentioned, the meta seems pretty healthy at the moment.

Happy holidays everyone!
There aren't that many big differences in my opinion.
If you haven't tried either yet I recommend buying BL2 first, as that one's super cheap with all the sales going on right now anyway.
If you have tried 2, then 3 is just more of that with a new story, characters, loot and everything. If you enjoyed 2 then you'll enjoy 3.
Ah, and here I was hoping standard's big priest wouldn't be resurrected in DoD. Oh well, time to queue up some greedy highlander mage again I guess.
Played a bit of dragon druid in standard but it felt too fair to be honest. Has anyone tried the new treant druid so far?
Guess I'll give pirate warrior a shot now since its matchup spread seems pretty decent. Should easily make it to rank 5, still.
No. It's a beatdown deck and Gul'dan is too slow. You're also not running enough demons for him to really be worth it.
Yeah I'm on that BL3 hypetrain as well, like others in this thread.
Other than that I've been playing the Danganronpa series as I loved the zero escape saga on DS.
And a bit of Dragon quest 7 on 3DS.
Highlander rogue is apparently a legitimate deck too according to some pros. Haven't tried it myself yet though.

A 10 mana minion that comes out a few turns later, if at all. The new mogu is basically a Sea Giant and shaman has never considered running those.
