Enough cards are there that it having Miniaturize isn't unfeasible. Not to mention, this card could have said "... minions with less than 5 attack" but directly references the minions attack instead.
I know this place has a hard on for Brode, but I wish the horrendous and predatory FOMO monetization this game has would be covered more, especially with this update.
The whole point of Second Dinner was they have 100% control of the game, including monetization.
Don't really care much for Mantid Queen. Even with 6 other minion types, there will always be a chance you don't roll a divine shield, and you're taking that risk every turn.
The real threat out of this article is that Nightmare Amalgam is returning as a Tier 3 minion. Going to be a menace to BG all over again!
I don't think we're anywhere close to being there yet, but once some of the metaverses (Sandbox, Decentraland, Cronos Metaverse, etc.) get further underway, I'd like to see NFT's being able to be used across multiple IP's, a la Ready Player One.
Slightly Off-Topic:
I'd rather see healthy competition between the different metaverses, like Playstation vs. Xbox vs. Nintendo, as opposed to one dominant entity. Competition drives innovation! The next 10 years are exciting though and I hope something fun and unique can be made from this technology.
Have the excess coins become a general "Mercenary Coins" currency. This currency can then be used to buy exclusively Mercenary packs.
A major issue right now is that all newly released Mercenaries go into the same old pool of Mercs as far as packs are concerned. I feel like I need to sit on packs until the next wave of new heroes is released to make sure I can get them all and to feel like the packs are being wasted by using them on only coins. This 'excess coin' proposal slightly alleviates the issue by creating an additional source of packs.
There would of course need to be a terrible exchange rate. 10:1 would feel terrible, but 5:1 might work okay.
Something will need to be nerfed here. Lady Prestor will often give multiple Kazakusan. Allowing you to chain this effect multiple times until you win the game.

Probably just a coincidence, but the gem in the center looks like a Red Mana Crystal, a scrapped mechanic from the Gadgetzan expansion for the Kabal. The Kabal are tied to Kazakus who will most likely play a significant role in the miniset.
Interesting interview from 2017 stating they'd like to introduce Red Mana somewhere down the road. This would be the perfect opportunity if they ever do that.
I disagree and feel like it's something they've been pushing lately, and expect more this expansion.
Hunter:
Bestial Madness
Ten Gallon Hat
Bovine Skeleton
Messenger Buzzard
Theldurin the Lost
Twisted Frostwing
Spurfang
Hope of Quel'Thalas
Neutral:
Party Animal
Saloon Brewmaster
Stereo Totem

Hunter Handbuff support, but why not give it Miniaturize if that's the case? Feels like a missed opportunity
Not huge on WoW, but this could be interesting. Always been into the lore of the universe, so excited to see what these xpacs could bring!
I read it!
Aman'Thul has always been my favorite of the titans, in an Odin/Zeus type role within the pantheon.
That said, everyone is going to vote Sargeras to get the extra packs, and you'd be a dummy not to.
Also, it looks like the Sargeras card was made slightly bigger in the post to help drive that point home 😄
You're right. Definitely read it the other way as the enemy hero.
This stuck out to me as well. Definitely needs moved to t2 ultra, and possibly have a stat cap.
I also think the Contagion Concoction will be pretty strong in the right zoo/reborn deck. This and Scourge Strike will be played often for Scarlet.
The Inexorable Ghoul is a slower Wax Rager, but has Rush. That and the Glaciaxe will likely be the most played treasures for Sai

This is BBrode and Co being greedy and predatory.
I just want my Abyssal Curses to not proc the Hunter's Quest

Also, really excited for Eventide Brute. I want to play a dream comp of Captain Flat Tusk, Cap'n Hoggarr, and Eventide Brutes. Just buy pirates, play Blood Gems, and watch the stats soar!

So Blademaster Okani is Neutral Counterspell, with a 1- cost 2/6 attached?
I expect Mechs as well, as we are in a submarine of sorts for the "voyage".
Maybe even an entire subset of various crew members.
Something will need to be nerfed here. Lady Prestor will often give multiple Kazakusan. Allowing you to chain this effect multiple times until you win the game.
Just load up Lady Prestor, cheap minions, removal, and draw. Maybe even Lorekeeper Polkelt for consistency.
All cards listed are neutral, and so can be done in any class, with the best being Druid and Warlock for the draw potential.
This deck would rely on getting to Lady Prestor as fast as possible

I would like to see the new Heavy Armor Passive Treasure with Quest Priest to set yourself back up to 40.
The Allied mechanic seems alright, interested to see how this will shake up the Duels meta.
Some OP buddies that stand out:
Ragnaros
Millificent
Cookie
Saurfang
There are others that are also good, but this is going to be a huge shakeup of BGs and I'm really excited!
