Kael needed that nerf so badly. Good riddance to Miracle Druid.
Illucia’s mana cost was never the problem, it was that stupid effect which made her just completely shit all over a certain style of decks. Although this change does help, I can imagine she will still be a problematic card for the near future.
I understand english may not be your native language, so thats fine. But if it is, please at least try to correct some typos or make it a bit more... legible. It looks very lazy as of now because of that.
Many of the effects are just blatantly overpowered now, and maybe you could have given that a bit more thought. I would suggest zooming in on some problem cards (maybe Millhouse or Silverback) and slowly break down the set and offer improvments along the way.
I also have a nagging suspicion this might just be the biggest bait/satire post on Blizzard’s constant powercreep and if so, good job.
Idk my achievment would be like “The Terrible Twos”: play Millhouse, Lorewalker Cho and Nat Pagle in one turn. Please, I need to do something with these legendaries.
This reminds me of the time when I was a new player and someone just straight up dropped Al’akir on me and I had the biggest “wtf” moment of my HS career.
I can totally understand how he feels about overcomplicating this whole keyword issue, and he actually gave a very legit answer that was not “players are too dumb to learn all the keywords”. Good on them.
Self-Sharpening Sword would be my controversial pick. It just has too much durability to be a Rogue weapon. If you don’t have any weapon removal early, and your opponent gets a Deadly Poison or a Krastinov off, that is easily upwards of 20 damage you can’t do anything about. Add on the fact that Rogues have uninteractive Stealth minions and yeah, games end very quickly.
Although this is probably a symptom of Voracious Reader and Secret Passage being op, my other nerf candidates.
People seem to underrate the fact that this card is 2 MANA. Like people are saying “oh, you don’t play this on 2”. Well obviously you don’t keep it in your mulligan. Like a 2 mana 6/6 is insane no matter how you look at it.
Only useful in Demon Hunter. If you need draw just run Novice Engineer over this card, 2 mana less for the same effect. Hell, Gnomish Inventor might even be better bcs the draw is non-conditional and you get slightly better stats for what that’s worth
Well this is a tenuous issue. By doing this you invalidate most Deathrattle spam warbands and make it basically impossible to kill anyone. If tokens dealt no damage, sure it would be nice, but then the game slows to a crawl and it basically turns into a Murloc fest for everyone.
You could argue a case for longer games means more chances for outplays or something, but I feel the negatives far outweigh the benefits, no matter how tilting it might be.
I don’t remember Revenge of the Wild ever being overhyped, it always seemed like it sucked to me.
One interesting card I think people forgot was Dragonmaw Poacher. People were expecting DoD to be absolutely full of dragons and people hyped this card to insane levels... turns out it just sat as a dead card in your hand 9/10 times. Except in arena, fuck that.
Good thing we finally have someone who actually plays the game on the design team to playtest some stuff for us so we don’t get a repeat of Demon Hunter

Runs perfectly fine for me. What I have seen people suggest is to re-install the game. Seems to have worked for many people.
I’ll try to jumpstart the forum again.
Igneous Elemental Is my guess if my weird deductions sre correct...

Was hoping to hear from our BEST FRIEND AGAIN :D Loved it.
Imagine if there was a card reveal in the box. Nice to see that Blizzard has officially recognised you guys, congrats

LET ME CHANGE YOUR MIND

Save your extras for the nerf.
More like belongs in the trash
Crazy card, like I really don’t get why everyone is bashing it. In a slower meta (ha) this card is just VALUE

Gotta admit, attacking anything with the Trueaim Crescent does feel like an execution
Nothing in the art really screams “Jailer” to me. He looks more like Greg from accounting..
