This one feels incredibly strong in the context of what Rogue has right now.
Togwaggle's Scheme, Shadow Step (for Invoke minions), Shadow of Death (draw to proc, obviously the cost reduction is meaningless), Anka + Deathrattle stuff, Waxadred, Togwaggle....
It just seems like there are all the tools in the world for this to be strong enough in a class that's almost always one of the best.
And the Hero Power upgrade is definitely one of the best.
So Priest Galakrond is a removal effect + value...and we get even more removal from the invoke spell....and now we have a better Thaurissan
yup, this smells like some degenerate OTK BS
Based off their new design philosophy for Priest - that OTK is probably going to have to come from a lot of neutral cards. That's potentially possible because of Leeroy and Mecha'thun, but I don't think it'll ever be as simple as Velen+Mind Blast ever again.
"Infinite" value...but random priest cards tend to be among the worst "random cards" a class can generate because Priest's classic set is such garbage.
I'll never count a hero card out, though. And priest is traditionally one of the grindiest classes. And this is grindy.
I forget the exact math, but I think you have about a 30% chance to draw this card by turn 4 if you hard mulligan for it. Assuming you build a deck that's winrate skyrockets after playing this card (for example going from 50% to 60+%), that seems like it could be a thing.
I'm not sure what that deck is, because Duel Paladin is really sketchy. But there's a window for it.
I'm very interested in this side quest. It's a 1 mana 6/6. And Mage is going to spend 8 mana on spells multiple times during a game. Seems very powerful.
That body is so terrible that I'm suspect. That said, evolved kobold was much worse and saw fringe competitive play in Freeze Mage. So there may be a place for this little guy.
All 1-mana 1/3's have seen consistent competitive play except for Animated Berserker and Warbot. And even Warbot saw some play just before it rotated out. And Berserker's effect is negative except in very niche scenarios.
So, because this has a positive effect on that body almost certainly makes this a very competitive card.
Moderately playable on it's own accord. Extra spicy if you're playing enough dragons for that to matter, which I'm not entirely sold on yet. Also, Hunter's tribes are all the fuck over the place.
Kind of meh. But because it combines two decent effects might make it corner case playable. Not sure if Dragon Hunter will be a thing, but obviously if it is, this card goes there.
Feels weak. "Inspire" Hunter will have to be much stronger than I'd guess it will be for this to see play. If we still had 2/1 Leper Gnomes, then I'd worry a bit more about it.
It's not even that good with the Vault Quest, because that deck wants to spend its mana playing minions, not hitting the hero power button.
I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being one of the better cards from the set. Stats are just about vanilla. Effect is useful against a board or just to go face.
The only world I can imagine where this card isn't competitive is one where (for whatever reason) it isn't played in Quest Druid, and Quest Druid is clearly the best druid variant, pushing everything else out of its way.
Might be a competitive card purely based on the strength of Breath of Dreams. But only if Druid is really starved for dragons outside of Emerald Explorer.
I think Rogue Galkrond is very good, so I think this card is good enough.
Cute, but I wouldn't be surprised if this card is entirely unnecessary.

It's likely a good card for priest, but insert standard priest disclaimers here <weak to OTKs, few ways to actually finish games, etc.>

Hard to say because we don't know the full suite of invoke cards. Great effect and great body though. Lots of potential.

Even though it's solid, I'm just not sure how useful this effect really is.
Hand of Protection has never been good. And Divine Strength has never been good.
In a 30 card deck, I'm not sure this makes the cut. It would have to be a really zoo-y dragon paladin...and even then, I'm suspicious.

Feels like a completely reasonable card. Slates into Secret Highlander Hunter on day 1.

So strong, stand alone. If Dragon Druid is somehow not pushed completely out of the picture by the Quest, this card is a no brainer.
