I saw in another forum that Lady Liadrin is feeling like a weak link for paladin, but in my limited experience she was a strong performer in every game. Goody Two-Shields is great so far, and Lightforged Zealot has been a great play on curve, as it was before - great stabilizing card.
I have only played Pure Paladin since the launch - maybe 10-15 games? I got High Abbess Alura as my free login legendary and she's been great. I climbed from high platinum to Diamond 8 after not playing much in the past few days due to a vacation. Whenever I have won, it's been a concede on the other side in the mid-game - people are staring down multiple large threats, buffed by Libram of Wisdom or Blessing of Authority, or multiple solid Argent Braggarts or Devout Pupil. First Day of School has improved the early game so much for Paladin, but it feels bad to cast it off Alura(!).
In terms of what I've faced - aggro weapon/stealth rogue seems really strong. It felt like I had answers for everything else. I faced rogues and paladin the most in my few hours of play so far. One priest, one demon hunter, one hunter, a couple druids, one shaman, a solitary warrior, and one warlock. No mages, so far. Lots of new cards out there! So far, so fun.
Wow, that sounds like terrific luck! Happy for you. I think I have just 8-9 total legendaries in 140 packs (and that includes the free one on login + 2 pre-orders). The last couple expansions have not been good for my legendary pulls (averaging around 1 per 30 packs).
I've met a couple aggro/buff priests on ladder this week. If they can play High Priest Amet on 4, they're pretty well off. This new guy could fit that sort of deck pretty well.
I'll probably bounce around a bit between channels - some of my favorite "daytime" streamers are here: Kibler, Regis, BoarControl. I'll see what's up with Allie and Firebat, too. Hard to pick!
Yeah, I've seen Glide once (once!) on ladder since the expansion's release, and have faced plenty of aggro Demon Hunters.

Nice stealth support, but it would be better if you could discover the Combo card.
I think you need this in your opening hand, otherwise it's not going to work out.

I want to echo a lot of what has been said so far - this card (and many others) looks so fun.
I have the same feeling about almost every second card that gets revealed - seems like the power level of this expansion is going to be high.
I appreciate the nuance here - it's a great card for both classes. Agreed - happier for paladin though.
