It turns out that, unlike with Warcraft Rumble, a APK is all you need to play the game right now. Though you won't be able to buy anything, because your google account won't be whitelisted on the playstore.

Man, fealins chapter is awesome! All of the fights are unique, the characters diverse and the Story involves character developments, plottwists and callbacks to previous parts of the Story. You definetely have to give it a try, even if you disliked the previous books.

Those are some of the most interesting mercs so far, but it's still very sad that we won't get any of the announced features (one of which was announced 9 months ago) for atleast 4 months from now.

In a pre-Sunken City Interview a dev said that we are going to learn more about Fealin and his crew through single player content, meanwhile Iksar said in a Q&A that there won't be any new Adventures this year. Technically both are correct, because Fealins Story would not be a new Adventure, but a addition to a already existing one.

The feeling of having to constantly keep up might go away once they went trough a whole mercs patch cycle. Previously they released 4-6 merc each month, which was indeed a very constant stream of new mercs. Now however their plan is to release a bunch of mercs (seems like around 20-25) every 4 months, which should give you plenty of time to level the ones you like until the next bunch of mercs come around.

Well, I guess they are also going to introduce one new merc each month via the reward track or through events to keep things atleast a bit fresh between the major patches, but those at least come with a headstart in coins.

I sadly don't expect a excess coin solution in this patch. Alkali already said that the timeframe was pretty tight for this patch. We also know that the solution will be a whole new system and somehow connected to the new endgame system as far as we know from the Hydra announcement video. There is no way that they are going to introduce these features without a blog post and they have already confirmed that there won't be one about mercs for this patch.

They already confirmed 8 new mercs, which is only a fraction of the total mercs they are going to release with this patch. That you are even thinking that they are only adding 2 new mercs this patch shows how terribly Blizzard communicated that this is the major merc patch of the expansion.

The mysterious stranger is still in the game, just less likely to appear.

Many of you probably havn't notice it, but the community manage Alkali revealed some mercs yesterday, today and more tomorrow. She is doing this in her free time, because of the negativ feedback merc players expressed after the mini-set reveal without any mentions of the big merc update.

Those are the gifs they are going to use in the patchnotes and we have no informations about their abilities or equipments.

Luckily I just found a workaround to get into the Marvel Snap beta. I hope this helps me to get over it.

That's kinda my problem. They first announced it with "This shift will allow mercenaries to have its own big moments like the other major modes do" and now it's just part of the patchnotes of a patch that also includes the constructed mini-set. Just compare that to the announcements of the "big moments" of the other modes who each got a dedicated post and patch.

Oh yeah, and this patch is also the big mercs patch they announced 2 months ago, but I guess that's not important enough to even mention it on any official accounts or posts outside of a single twitter post...
