It's an Outcast with a possible undesirable effect. You better check your Deck Tracker and see if your enemy had to Mulligan. If he did and is still holding on to those cards, maybe it's best not to use Outcast.
Absolutely great for Wild Big Shaman. You can get that 8-mana Big minion Walking Fountain out early or 4-mana Corrupt Elementalist or 5-mana Galakrond.
More RNG stuff, but at least your opponent is thrown off. Best for Even decks with the Inspire effect. If there's a higher probability for more Standard boards being given, then a Lackey deck seems a good all-rounder, at the very least this card can delay the other side for Turn 2.
A good followup to Cobalt Spellkin and boosts Dragon Mage decks even more. That 9 HP body can help with control to set up the damage spells for Shaman.
Useful in cheap Totem decks. Also good if you want control. Archmage Vargoth is going to have a field day with this combo. You get your spell done twice and get it back.
Turn 3 I play the Concede card if I don't have removal in my hand.

Perhaps this with
will give us the DH Rush Master Race.
Assuming Absolute Control
All classes better have 4 damage ready for this thing.
Weapon Warrior slowly becoming more viable one expansion at a time.
Play
on Turn 3 for 8 mana value on Turn 4.
Perhaps Deathrattle DH can be a thing.
Otherwise it's too slow and weak.
SACRIFICE!
SACRIFICE THEM ALL!
At least 3+5 damage to own face, instant Turn 3 double Flesh Giants.
Coin + This + Lightning Bloom+ Lightning Bloom copy = extra 4 mana drop on Turn 1. If you have the 2nd Lightning Bloom in your hand, it's a 6 mana drop.
So damn slow. Taunt Druid maybe. But more shuffling cards better come up.

I missed you Loatheb. With this you can delay Secret Mage for 1 more turn or that Wild Vortex Mage or cheap AOE Warlock for a turn.
A possible 17/17 at least for board control. Discover some Resummon spells and you have a nightmare.
Silence will be popular again.
Shaman cheap AOE spells are salivating. Plop this card down and a 0 mana Beakered Lightning or something like that for 3 AOE damage all around.

Resurrect Priest on suicide watch. Now if only non-mage could find cards like this in the form of random silences.
Seems kinda meh. Odd Hunter Beasts will be buffed. Maybe Taunt Beast Druid has potential?
Turn 1: Play this, possibly also a +2 HP Power Word to 6HP.
Turn 2: Double Health to 8-12 HP
Turn 3: Equalize then 8-12 burst damage, (heal with Hero Power before if necessary)
