It's an Outcast with a possible undesirable effect. You better check your Deck Tracker and see if your enemy had to Mulligan. If he did and is still holding on to those cards, maybe it's best not to use Outcast.

Absolutely great for Wild Big Shaman. You can get that 8-mana Big minion [card]Walking Fountain[/card] out early or 4-mana [card]Corrupt Elementalist[/card] or 5-mana Galakrond.
