Hard to judge this one, probably gonna either be really good, or way too slow to ever consider running.

Can add lots of extra damage if you’re playing a lot of cheap spells, though you’d have to keep playing this over and over to get it, so the mana would add up pretty quickly

An interesting little card. Definitely enables something, but remember that this does not return to hand if it is killed by the spell you cast.

Can probably fit into raza priest, but the ability to play enough cards per turn for lethal isn't a problem for raza priest, what that deck needs is a better draw suite to consistently draw into raza + shadowreaper.

I think not.

Maybe rogue, maybe paladin, maybe priest. But more likely in the collection collecting dust it goes.

Only really good in old quest rogue, but otherwise meh.

Interesting card, but i feel like it simple is still too weak, which is kinda funny. The best class that can use this is Mage with all their cheap spells, and twin-spell cards. Also it's only 1 dmg, so it's basicly just a Elven Archer, and Elven Archer sees like 0% play? I feel like this might be more of an arena card? Arena players LOVE pings. But i feel like even in arena it might get overshadowed a lot, mainly by cards such as Fire Plume Phoenix, if it's in the arena rotation. 

The only other deck that might CONSIDER using this is Raza Priest in WILD. They LOVE being able to play cheap cards multiple times, so that they can go FACE with their hero power even more. But even then, they still need a bunch of spells in their hand/deck in the late game. Doesn't see that practical to me.

This is essentially Elven Archer that card that was played ONLY played cause it was 1 attack and it had synergy with Acolyte of Pain. and that's it.. 1 star pack filler "this is a common basic spellburst card" but at the same time neutrals are scarce on this expansion cause of the dual class stuff.

Poor Elven Archer, I would at least make this a 0/1 with taunt or something like that, at least to make a bit different card and not just plain better.

You know that combo rogue deck that uses Spectral Pillager and all of the coins to deal a ton of damage to your face? This guy triples the damage of that combo. He deals a damage whenever you play a coin, and also triggers Spectral Pillagers combo an extra time every time you play him.

Aside from that combo I don't think he will be played very often, though I will play him in a lot of decks and try to make him work.

I have a feeling that this is going to need to be paired with cost-reduction/combo plays in order to get full use of it. Otherwise, it's a very easy card to clear.

this minion is very flexible, due to it's spellburst keyword and it's cheap cost. 

1 damage is usually not enough to warrant any concern unless a minion as at (1) health OR you're facing warrior, who I believe can make exceptional use of this minion. With Execute this minion can target a single minion without using the whirlwind AOE, use Execute to remove the target and penflinger will return to the warrior's hand for an additional use. 

Other uses this minion may find is removing the last health of reborn minions that have taunt or threaten to end the game next turn. 

Tempo DH with Altruis may be able to use him as an extra bit of damage since he's so cheap, and bouncing him back and playing him twice will be 3 damage from Altruis and 2 damage from the Pen Flinger. 

I'm  waiting for the inevitable 'Give a minion Spellburst' to get a rapid fire mage build.

Anyone who's played a bunch of Arena knows how game-winning having an extra ping on hand can be. So... what if that ping stayed with you the whole game? What if it was activated by cards that you already had in your deck? What if you could play it multiple times per turn?

I make my bet now - this is the sleeper common of the set! You will see this in several classes' constructed decks. It's like having an extra hero power. You could use this in Secret Paladin, you could use this in Control Mage, you could put this in any Reno deck... And even better, there are juicy OTK opportunities :3

Something for miracle rogue? Pretty much feels like a filler.

Pack-filler, but interesting pack-filler.  I'm not confident that this will make it in any T2-1 lists, but it synergizes with enough things (especially in Shaman) that it might see some play.

Elven Archer power creep!! Seriously though, this card is pretty bad. In a deck that wants to cycle spells, you probably don't want to spend 1 mana on this, regardless of how often you can cycle its battlecry.

Ah yes, extra fuel for my Gahz'rilla OTK deck is always welcome. Right now that deck only needs this and Rapid Fire instead of having also Arcane Shot, Elven Archer and On the Hunt, freeing up a lot of space for defense and draw. That being said,

Good concept, but a little niche and the effect is a little weaker than it is worth.

I want this card to be good, and I want some kind of Rapid Fire Hunter to make this strong, but I don't think it's actually going to be good.

It's a cool idea with a cool flavor, but I suspect a weak card overall.

This isn't tempo-driven on turn 1 and the effect becomes more minuscule as the game goes on, even with the effect being potentially infinite. Pen Flinger isn't synergistic or impactful enough for any deck to run.

APM Mage or Priest will try this. Will it work? Probably not, but people will blame slow animations anyway.

I mean... good for a few pings in a single turn without burning through too many resources.  But wouldn't be surprised if this is a rarely played card.
