That card seems good as a control/duel tool.
With 12 health can trade 4 Minions by itself, and paladin have access to several buffs and heals.
Its a must remove for the enemy, and 12 health is hard to kill.
My big "fail" was fixed.
I had a 13/9 minion on board, the enemy was a mage with an obvious Counterspell and 25 health.
I was without spells in hand to break the secret, so I spend 4 mana and play Zephrys the Great waiting for Windspeaker.
But no, Zephrys the Great offers me Windfury and i lose the game.
Really solid card for slow decks.

What about face Hunter? That uses Leper Gnome, Kobold Sandtrooper, Toxic Reinforcements... He can use Vectus as a finnisher.
That card will be a headache. Tempo Rogue can search lethals with that card.
It should work as Earth Shock.
If silences after the minion attacks, the card powerlevel downs a lot.
Ok card to get cheap spellburst activators.
I think that is not worth in constructed, but can be good in arena.

Maybe that card can work as a tutor for your Big resources. Big demon warlock or Big warrior should love Lorekeeper Polkelt.
Neat and powerfull effect and can fit in lots of archetypes.

Really bad synergy with warlock's prime.
Both cards supports Big demon archetype, but that one negates the battlecry of the prime.
Nice addition for zoolock. 2 4/3 Flame Imp looks strong on early.

Yes, disruption cards are annoying, but is not an op card, maybe in wild after thaurissan turn, but not in standar.
Aggro/tempo DH dont need that, and control/Big/combo DH is not a thing at this moment.
There are a lot of interesting wild synergies like Windshear Stormcaller, Draenei Totemcarver or Thunder Bluff Valiant.
In standar, totem shaman looks funny, but idk if will be a thing.
Priest needs some cheap selfdamage card like Shadowbomber to take profit of that mechanic. But I think that blizz will not push shadowpriest anymore.

That legendary looks weak (at this rarity), but maybe blizz will reveal more stealth/DR sinergy that makes that card an autoinclude.

Years before, Jade Lightning saw play in nonjade decks.
3 mana deal 4 dmg to a minion is okish, in addition, the aoe potencial is really sweet against swarm decks.
Strong body and good effect.
