Actually only priest and demon hunter have silences, the neutral option is not played anymore.
So, that card is amazing in that meta, combo enabling and avoiding fatigue is really good for control decks.
There are a lot of good 3 mana spells like secrets or [card]totemic reflection[/card].
If totem shaman is a thing, that card Will see play for sure.
Rush+weapon buff.
Tempo decks doesn't need more.
