3 mana single target removals really good, Vilespine Slayer is still better, but will see play for sure.
Card draw for tempo/pirate decks are always good.
Both classes can reduce the cost to 1-2 mana.
Maybe can see play in Big decks.
Commencement can be a good combo, a 7/7 taunt + a Big boy with taunt and ds.
Big decks loves cards that generate minions and that generates a taunt to defend against aggro decks.
I love the Big/recruit archetype, and that card is awesome.
In wild can be annoying, but we need to test It on standar.
I think that pally will not use It a lot, but warrior can abuse.
Enraged minions with divine shield can be really OP.
Can priest run a deck without removals?
The effect is good and boring.

That class have more synergy with low attacks enemy minions.
Just pack filler.
Excesively random, even for arena.
Lazul's Scheme and Wave of Apathy have a Direct synergy with that.
And don't forget Scarlet Subjugator.
Priest have tons of cheap usefull spells and can get value from this card. 3.5/5 for me.

Shaman can buff his totems with 0 mana spells, don't underestimate It.
Totem shaman was near to be an ok deck last expansion, now shaman gets 2 new totems and that spell.
Maybe it will not be opresive or tier 1, but will see play for sure.
Can work as a finnisher with Sorcerer's Apprentice.
