  • More Anti Res Priest, which is neat. Maybe there is some Sea Giant cheese that this could be involved in?

  • I mean...Arena, sure, but just in general...this looks like the ultimate Magma Rager. a 9/1 is only threatening if you literally have nothing to defend yourself with. 4-mana for a 3/3 isn't really great tempo, especially if the spawn is so easily dealt with. Honestly, if the stats were reversed it would probably be more playable

  • Frost Elemental is crying frozen tears.

I like this quite a bit, Neutral Freeze is always appreciated and makes arena more interesting and it also gives support for the mechanic without having to waste mage slots.

  • Oh wow, that is actually pretty scary. If you get this on the board with a buff it doubles up and if your opponent can't kill both it's just gonna keep going.

IMagine this with the Paladin Libram build. If you drop this in the lategame with a bunch of Wisdoms stacked on it it's gonna be pretty hard to stop (as long as you're not losing completely, which is what Libram of Justice is supposed to prevent)

  • I mean...it's not awful. It's a better Kobold Geomancer on the basis that it's better stat value for the mana cost, meaning you can play it even without leveraging spelll damage and you still did okay.

I would use this in Quest Hunter if that deck ran any damaging spells.

Maybe there's a Warlock deck that runs this alongside of Sac Pact and some damaging spells. Warlock likes Spell damage but they are rarely able to justify running them, so maybe the upside of getting a smol demon helps in some way

  • Much like the Guardian one it's great for Warrior and average for everything else. The fact that you can't use it on a 1-health minion is a pretty big downside.

  • Not bad if you give it Rush (Carpet anyone?).

If there is a need for transform effects then I could definitely see this played with a support package. They payoff could be huge (although you have to kill the enemy Sporeling or else you get the clapback)

  • Somewhat interesting, but only if you have something on the board already, otherwise it's just a worse Kobold Geomancer

  • I like this a lot. It's great on an empty board as earlygame removal (which Warlock kind of lacks outside of the somewhat unreliable Nether Breath and the subpar Shadowbolt)

You can even use it with some egg synergies (I mean...just the one egg, but still).

Good enough now and might improve with more eggs (to the point where control Egglock might be a thing)

  • Quote From Almaniarra

Deathrattle Taunts are always great and healing is always great too.

I want to meme it in Plot Twist deck. This might become one of the core cards of that deck since some are rotating.

    Survive until turn 10:

    PLay Betrug + Plot Twist

    somehow win off of that

Honestly, doesn'T sound much worse than what we currently have so let's go for it.

  • I mean....it's double Wildgrowth in a  not too awful mana slot.

Nourish at 5 was used for ramp occasionally back in the day, so this doesn#t seem too far off.

In fact, this might actually be just enough to justify not running Quest in Druid for once. It curves directly into Overflow and also activates both of the new cards that need to be at 7-mana to cost 0, which, combined with Overflow could be big.

I mean, realistically, if Quest Druid can afford playing suboptimally for like 3-4 turns then regular Druid can probably do it for just one turn, especially when you get more than enough mana to clap back on the following turn.

At the very least it gives Spell Druid something to do in the early game outside of just stalling.

  • Wait, holy shit, this changes a lot of things.

MAge is currently very lacking in the draw department and this is well-statted and consistent.

Honestly, this makes Cyclone Mage so much less awful in the early game because you actually contest the board and collect combo pieces to go off later.

Obviously also an auto include for Highlander since they welcome draw as well.

  • A bit on the fence on this. It makes ramping a lot better since you can recover the tempo even without mana, but 7-mana is pretty big goal to reach.

I can't see this being used in Quest Druid just simply because they have better options, but who says Quest Druid will be the only slow druid strategy forever?

  • Springpaw Replacement although not nearly as versatile. Will have to do for now though.

  • Are those Mushroom people getting high?

Feels like a win more card btw. Too expensive for token decks (and kind of pointless in comparison with Soul of the Murlocs), but I wouldn't mind picking it from random discoveries (via lackeys for instance)

Maybe some slower evolve decks could run this?

  • The Obligatory Totem support that never leads into anything.

Hey, at least it's not Totem Cruncher.

Could be pretty powerful with Manatide, but that's way too expensive of a combo to be used right now.

If only Amalgam was still around, this could have been more useful

  • Very solid if slightly less reliable then Vulpera Scoundrel.

The elemental tag doesn't really matter at the moment, but that might change.

  • So basically a mix of Flanking Strike and Firelands Portal...two infamously efficient cards.

Yeah, this is definitely seeing play in every Shaman deck for the next 2 years

  • Could be fun with Selfharm Warlock, but it's obviously a massive risk.

Would have been more appropriate as a 1-mana 3/3 or something

  • That's basically the missing piece for consitency that Big Demon Demon hunter needed.

now even the 6-drop that summons demons gets better because you can generate some outs (and there aren't a lot of terrible neutral demons)
