Now I really love anything Discard, but it pisses me off immensly that this wasn't released last year when there were at least remains of Discardlock left in Standard.
This could have been great with Jeklik for some meme builds, but no, you couldn't just have released this in the Uldum set.
Right now this is pretty useless and I don't see it being used in Wild Discolock either because most of your big cards are actually stuff you want to play instead of discard.
I assume Discolock will get more support in the future but right now it's pretty awful, even with Hand of gul'dan in mind
Sure, it's a decent lategame play and you can use it early to cheat out some stuff, but overall the effects seems to have anti synergy. One wants you to play big demons, the other wants small.
We don't even really have many big demons that would make this worth it, just the Nightshade Matrons and maybe an odd Siegebreaker won't be enough.
At best I couuld see it with some Aranasi Broodmothers and Betrug in Plot twist lock, but that's a meme deck anyways.
Now I understand, Demon Hunter is supposed to be a card that uses Health as a ressource, draws a lot of cards and utilizes demons, and to compensate they get a bunch of efficient healing.
NOW WHY THE FUCK DOES WARLOCK ALWAYS HAVE TO BEG FOR SCRAPS?
"oh no, we can't give Warlock healing, that would completely offset their intended weakness and allow for abusive strategies"
so yeah, let's completely ignore that and give a tempo oriented sm0rc class with almost infinite card draw also supreme defensive tools, what could possibly go wrong?
This is actually very cool. It doesn't wipe the entire board so you can use it alongside board centered strategies, but at the same time it doesn't work too well with Rez Priest (unless you manipulate the board in a way that gives you good summons)
The best part is that if the copies don't die you just summoned a bunch of tempo, and if your opponent happens to have end of turn effects you get full benefit.
Also 7-mana is a great slot that allows for some extra spells.
It looks strong but I fear it's going to be made irrelevant by the complete lack of draw in Priest at the moment.
You'd want to pull this as early as possible to get to buffing it before your opponent racks up enough minions to actually kill it.
Then there'S the problem of Zephrys still being around to offer convenient answers.
Basically this looks like a lot of effort for a very little payoff. The best thing about it is being a 1-mana 1/3 with Lifesteal that an aggressive deck will probably lose to if they don't deal with it quickly, so maybe you run it just for that reason and the Prime is just a bonus that might show up from time to time.
Just as Kripp said: without Magnetize this is significantly weaker.
taunt is a nice upside for Armagedillo shenanigans, but it's just seems very unreliable. Sure it's basically a buffed Rotten Applebaum, but that card wasn't really all that popular either.
Would be great except for the fact that it's a godawful draw as seen on stream....and they didn't give Priest any card draw whatsoever, meaning that you can'T afford to run dead draws.
Just in general I like having more Big Mage Spells given that Naga Sand Witch is still around. Let'S hope this spawns something other than Highlander and Casino
mostly Arena, but technically it's just a slightly weaker Ancient of War on summon, and that card used to be the gold standard for 7-drops back in the day.
Actually pretty solid. 2-mana 2/3 with Taunt is already good, and the effect may or may not force some trades. Probably not worth playing in constructed, but Arena will like it
Not sure if that's even worth it. For just 1 more mana you get stuff liek Restless Mummy so unless we need to fill the 3-mana slot desperately this is pretty average.
Not really sold on it. Pretty bad against swarming decks if they have tokens with more than 1-health and just in general your opponent usually gets to interact with this first.
Maybe Priest can make some use out of it, but I doubt it.

Well, that's kinda boring.

NOt really convinced about this one, minions don't usually remain damaged for long so you have to set it up and play it in one turn.
Maybe it can be used inbetween a Whirlwind and a Plague of Wrath to retain tempo or clean up Deathrattles
Just as Kripp said: without Magnetize this is significantly weaker.

I mean...it'S not bad. I guess we'll see if Buff Dragon priest works out like they want it to.
Would be great except for the fact that it's a godawful draw as seen on stream....and they didn't give Priest any card draw whatsoever, meaning that you can'T afford to run dead draws.
Reverse Defile and thus a lot harder to manipulate, basically only worth it against decks with a lot of same statted minions.
Warrior would have to be very desperate for removal to run this (and Control Warrior doesn't look like it's going to be a thing this expansion)
Well, that just makes Secret Wild MAge a lot better.
also it'S good in Standard I guess, Spell Mage needed more minion summonning to work, I guess this makes the cut
well....I guess Pirate Warrior's still alive after all, time to recraft [Hearthstone Card (Ancharr) Not Found]
really boring card to be honest, just adds more reach to aggressive Warrior decks, but doesn't actually promote any interesting deckbuilding.
well that makes Kael'thas a happy boy.
Also a good discover off Kalecgos.

Cute, but not really that impressive. A 1/8 is mildly annoying but not that hard to deal with for most decks.
Maybe Priest likes this for tempo and Buff shenanigans (BUff Priest is being heavily implied after all)
I want to like it but I can't.
It's basically Embiggen for Mages except your entire deck relies on getting this early and if you don'T you're already behind.
Also, Mage still lacks draw, meaning you're always gonna be relying on random generation in that deck, which I don't believe is good.
Not sure if that's even worth it. For just 1 more mana you get stuff liek Restless Mummy so unless we need to fill the 3-mana slot desperately this is pretty average.
So basically Crystalsong, but much better because it allows your deck to play the board for at least a while.
I like it a lot, although I'M still pissed that they keep printing so much RNG for Mage.
