Afterwards I checked my achievement and found....6 points of progress. So what happened? Obviously it counted something but clearly not anything involving Divine Spirit. It also can't be any of the regular health buffs since Will gives +3 health which would have left me with an odd number of progress. It similarly can't just be the buff applied by Bless itself because that would just be 4 points of progress.
Does anybody have ideas what is happening here and how to properly exploit it?
I got the Hollow Abomination one yesterday when I used the Battlecry to kill an enemy's Bloodmage Thalnos. No issues on my end for that one.
I can now confirm that killing an opposing Thalnos does indeed give the achievement which strenghtens the theory that it does indeed need to kill a legendary minion from full health to count for the achievement. While this is certainly a bug it can at least be worked around for now.

Did you try it as both an honorable kill off the battlecry and an honorable kill as an attack? Seems like maybe that could make a difference.
Tried both because I had the same suspicion but still nothing. Also doesn't seem to be tied to what kind of legendary it is. Standard, Wild, Legacy, doesn't make a difference.
The only positive thing I can say is that as long as you have broom and a bunch of damage dealing spells it's one of the most trivial achievements to complete since almost every deck in the meta runs at least one medium sized legendary.

A few things to note, there is a pretty substantial amount of bugged achievements right now.
The one for Cariel's weapon just doesn't register at all.
The one with Hollow abomination similarly doesn't work.
The Bless one works...but also not. I managed to get a single game to count, but subsequent ones refused to register. I have no idea how that is even possible.
The Yeti one requires you to use the LEgacy version of Chillwind Yeti and not the Core set version for some reason.
The Rogue objective spell gave me brain cancer. Not because it's bugged but because it'S unbearably tedious.
Other than that pretty low yield in general. Only 5 other legendaries out of 150 packs, which isn't horrible but doesn't compare to last expansion where I basically opened every single meta relevant card (including the 3 nerfed quests) and only had to craft a single legendary from the expansion later.
At least I'm happy I got the Scabbs hero since he's clearly the most relevant card in the entire set and I'm already plying Quest Rogue. Getting Saidan was also pretty sweet since I do want to play Paladin without having to commit to many ressoources.
Also got Caria, Mulverick and Galvangar, the latter of which I'll try the Warrior OTk deck with since I have most of the cards anyways.
Basically the same combo as the Defile + Juggler OTK that was a meme for while so there's no reason it shouldn't work. JUst do it in Rogue with Counterfeit coin (or just Thaurissan).
Lvl 326 right now. Debating on whether I should save up tomorrow's weeklies to get a headstart with the expansion launch or get them done to make better use of the tavern pass XP boost.
Either way, got more than 15k gold, so I should get enough stuff from packs to work with until I know what to actually craft. Gonna go for 150 packs at first and then see where that leaves me. Saving the rest or buying some older cardbacks.
All her hero portraits show the typical head tentacles that Draenei have, but none of her actual cards do.
It's not that noticeable on her previous cards but on the new hero card it's kind of annoying. I thought they just don't care about inconsistencies because of the Scabbs thing but now they show that they do and now I'm annoyed.
Basically all of MErc's offers are overpriced atm (outside of the welcome bundle). I have an offer in my shop for a SINGLE Alexstrasza portrait (a random one btw) for 15€.
then just don't buy and eventually the prices will go down. Of course they're gonna start out high to try and figure out how much the community is willing to fork over. They can always lower it later if it doesn't pan out.
Meanwhile, if they released it too cheap early they have no way of actually increasing the price later without pissing off the entire playerbase.

I still haven'T gotten around to levelling Cookie beyon task 7 but apparently he's core in just about every build because of his broken HP buff.
Meanwhile all the Shadow or Beast stuff I've fully maxxed is either out of the meta or only uses Cairne + Diablo.
Now I#m working on finishing my Saurfang and Grom tasks because they're already pretty far ahead and I want some more packs for the new mercs (specifically Trigore).
It just feels like I'm constantly playing catchup because everything I focus on just drops out of relevance and the most relevant stuff takes too long to build up.
Well I can't actually progress because Diablo still hasn't decided to show up from packs and so I'M sitting on almost 1k of his coins just waiting for him to drop eventually (actually the last merc I'M missing and I bet Valeera will show up before him).
Probably gonna have everything else maxed out before I actually get to play PvP again...
This is quite a lot of stuff on the pass. I hope they don't use it as an excuse to up the price because I want the normal rewards and don't care a lot about Battlegrounds stuff and I would feel rather sour if I had to pay extra for stuff I didn't ask for.
Also big sad for no Vanessa hero skin. Would have killed for that one, but Dragon Mage thingy is cool too.

So after multiple games of it not working for no particular reason I just finished a game where I buffed a Dirty Rat with (in that order) Focused Will, Power Word: Shield, Divine Spirit, Divine Spirit, Bless, Bless.

Same issue, but was able to fix it by using the Yeti from the LEgacy set instead of the Core one.

So...are the golden rares uncraftable then? Because if they aren't that would be some nice dust to get for free.
