yeah the biggest gatekeep for Arena is the fact that it's a highly competitive format that requires a lot of specific knowledge to succeed in (even more than the regular meta) but there's no way to practice outside of spending gold or money.
It would also be a neat way for new players to occasionally get to play with new cards that they don't own yet.
I'm assuming it will be. There's no way they somehow missed all the reports about it, seeing how it is the only achievement that doesn't currently have a workaround.
(Although they didn't mention the HOllow Abomination one either so who knows)
Not sure if you checked the stats but Big Beast hunter is far from tier 4 competitively and it is by far the best play in the deck. Ichman ends games.
The stats are misleading because it is a 9 mana card and most games are decided before turn 9. You can only play him if you have already won by surviving. That's why Ichman's winrate is so high.
That#s not just reading raw stats, the VS Data Report says the same. If Ichman was just a "win-more" card the deck wouldn't have a positive winrate.
Boy we really underestimated this one, didn't we? Who would have thought that something as slow and greedy as this could not only spawn but also carry an entirely new archetype.
Not sure if I like locking equipment under heroic bounties. Some of those are really hard to complete without a dedicated team...this just further lowers the accesability of mercs for casual players.
I'm on my last legs with Hearthstone. Been playing almost every day since Kobolds. The Stormwind quests sucked a lot of joy out of it for me. Alterac has some fun decks but it's imbalanced and I'm sick to death of pirate warrior. Just playing a bit because it's familiar/habit etc.
Alterac is unironically the most balanced meta we've had in years. If this is enough to push you over the edge then yes, you probably need a break.
Also, PIrate Warrior (assuming you're talking about Standard) is easily the most exploitable deck in the entire meta and as long as you play a halfway decent ladder deck you can farm it like it's a crappy homebrew, it's that predictable. If the case is that you're playing Wild then...honestly I don't know how you made it this far, that place is a shithow.
Just wanted to check back and bring a useful tip for the Wing Commander Ichman achievement. Sunscale Raptor's Frenzy effect goes off before Ichman's, meaning that if you set up a big enough raptor in your deck (which isn't hard) you don't actually need 5 beasts in deck because as long as you trigger the frenzy you'll always summon another raptor. This makes the achievement probably a lot easier since you don't have to rely on Dire Frenzy to stack your deck
Here's to another year of Blizzard releasing bonkers content and taking thier damn sweet time addressing it!
He says, unironically, after we literally received a balance patch less than two weeks into the expansion that actually addressed almost all the current problems and created the most diverse meta we've had in a while.
Fucking Thief Rogue is Tier 1, what more do you want?

Why no sexy human form for Sinestra? This is an outrage

If I remember correctly this isn't the big patch for Mercs so I'm not surprised they're only dumping another miniset so far.
Oh well, I'll wait until the next big updated and if they don't address the glaring issues I'll just drop Mercs altogether.
based
Scratch that, you need therapy
Buddy you need a break from the internet

Absolutely based and birdpilled.
Golden Maestra does and I even ran into one once so you can never be sure that you're not fighting one.

Hordeling cope, get mogged by superior Alliance chads and their commanding lead they achieved by being the objectively more based faction.
yeah that'S odd then, because I just checked my own and it showed me just fine.
You can just click on the achievement and it will show you the excess points, for instance 12540/7200

I'm honestly baffled how you managed to still find a Quest Mage at this point.
