How Does Fetid Devourer Work?

Fetid Devourer has three distinct effects that scale based on the number of Runes of a specific type that your last played card had.

• Blood Runes - Destroy X enemy minions.

• Frost Runes - Draw X cards. It/they cost (3) less.

• Unholy Runes - Summon two random X*3-Cost minions.
