Hearthstone Patch 37.0.1 Hotfixes Roll Out

A new Hearthstone patch has rolled out as a hotfix to fix a new nasty bugs. One particularly prominent one when C'Thun, Eye of the Empire would not count Domain of C'Thun as having been used if the effect didn't do anything. This one in particular has been fixed along with a bunch of other pesky, unintended interactions which sometimes broke the game.

As is the case with hotfix patches, dust refunds are not on the table here.
