Rahj has a curated pool of cards to make Passive Hero Powers, excluding minions with effects like Battlecries or Deathrattles. The effect of the minion you create becomes a Passive Hero Power (you don't actually get the minion).

A new card, 0C91 Chariot, was leaked during a reveal video with the effect "After you play a minion, draw a card." We don't know the Cost or stats yet.

    Oathbinder's Aura and Halls of Origination are examples of how one-dimension Paladin's art style normally is. You could put the artwork of either card onto the other card and no one would bat an eye.

  • At the moment, we are not sure how to interpret Rajh's effect. It might be a Passive Hero Power that summons the minion, or one that triggers its effect somehow.

    According to a dev on Reddit, Rahj's effect will pick from an extra-curated pool of Assemble minions that don't have Battlecry or Deathrattle effects. The Assembled minion's effect then becomes your hero power. The example they gave was combining Gallio Goon and Broll Bearmantle to make a hero power that reads "Passive: After you play a Battlecry minion, summon a random Animal Companion."
