Can't wait for Kripp not reading any card text and ending the match in 5 minutes again :^)
Woo finally looks like the update is coming on a day where nothing else I play updates so I can actually dedicate some time to it! But also on the other hand if it sucks I won't have anything else to look forward tothat day.
Happy about us getting a date, a bit less about knowing that Kripp will be the guest.
Nothing personal against him (the fact that he's not a constructed player is a valid but not mind shattering argument), but he's not my cup of tea when it comes to hype up new stuff and showcase new mechanics. There are many other streamers (mainly Kibler, but I would totally see Regis being there) that are much better at that and that I'd like to see.
However, Kripp guarantees high viewership due to his popularity, so I guess that one helped a lot in the decision process.
I like the short reveal period ...
I'm glad it's Kripp doing the final stream because he won't do the forced, fake laugh (*cough* Kibler *cough*) and think everything is OMG SO HILARIOUSLY AWESOME OMG OMG! I stopped watching him since he switched to nearly 100% battlegrounds coverage, but I still think he's the most level-headed of the reveals personalities, able to think about neat combos and implications with other brand new cards on the fly.
I think that one thing is exaggerating and overreacting to everything - this is quite inappropriate and may result embarrassing to the viewers.
On the other hand, you have to sell Blizz's new toys, so any sort of information regarding whacky combos or cool interactions helps the stream a lot, because you fill the silence between each play with interesting stuff that makes you want to see more.
Kripp is too chill - borderline boring - when it comes down to this topic: it's okay, you can't say [Hearthstone Card (River Crocolick) Not Found] is the best card in the world, but he's not a top tier streamer if we're talking about sending positive vibes.
Honestly, I'm digging the shorter reveal seasons. More cards in a smaller time period, and I still feel hyped when release hits.
