Two new card backs have been added to the game, supporting the upcoming September and October Hearthstone ranked play seasons.
The September card back, Faerie Tail, was concepted on stream by Hearthstone Artist Luke Mancini.

Faerie Tail is absolutely beautiful.
I think the Faerie Tail is my absolute new favorite.
Man, I'm getting more impressed with 2020's ranked card backs! I, too, am quite curious on finished package for Faerie Tail - it's even better than I expected! The Breaker is darn dope too - with this and Scholomance, I really like the return of ranked card backs based on structures/architectures.
The Faerie card back is bloody Epic, love it, The Oct. one isn't that bad, but if I had to pick one, Faerie all the way.
I was really curious about the final version of the faerie card back..and it´s much more cool than I thought it could be. For me, one of the best looking ones. GG

October seems a revamp of Rastakhan rumble expansion. Pretty nice in my opinion but not the best I seen.
Dang, the faerie one turned out super sweet. And even cooler that we got to see the conception of it.
I really like the looks of the card backs. I would like to see that they make more a presence in the game though. Maybe a change in the way that the decks are stacked so that you aren't looking at the "top" view of the card, but more so that you can look at the card back like a deck of cards you are drawing from on a table.
With enhancements to the game where you can hover over the deck to see how many cards are left in your deck, there really isn't a need to have it not be shown. Especially some of the older card backs where you had to beat the solo games on Heroic to get them. To me that shows that you worked to earn it... you should be able to show it off and look at it and not just have it visible for your opponent.
