New Site Feature - The Out of Cards Hearthstone Deck Tracker Plugin
A few weeks ago we started testing a plugin for Hearthstone Deck Tracker that could automatically sync your collection to the website. We're now making this more generally available to everyone!
- No more manual collection tracking. Install the plugin, visit your collection, success!
- Your collections remain private. Your eyes only!
- No additional data is collected. If we do want to collect more data, you'll need to opt-in to it.
This comes to us after our collection manager launched at the start of Ashes of Outland. We're happy to continue to support this feature and will make further improvements based on your feedback.
You can learn more about getting the plugin on our dedicated page. This is only available as a plugin for Hearthstone Deck Tracker and as such will only work on Windows.
Scholomance Academy Fast Facts
- 135 new cards are being added to the game. Visit our Scholomance Academy Expansion Guide to see all of them.
- We've got dual-class cards! Each class has access to cards that two other classes do as well. There are 10 combinations of dual-classes.
- Spellburst - A new keyword! This is an effect that triggers only one time, on casting a spell.
- Studies - New card theme which Discovers a card and reduces the cost of the next card played of that type.
- Arena is using the updated Standard format with the addition of Scholomance Academy.

Scholomance Academy Freebies
- Everyone logging in before October 20th will get two copies of Transfer Student. Learn more here.
- There is a launch questline that will take place over 3 days. It rewards Six Scholomance Academy card packs.
- Logging in grants you One Random Scholomance Academy Class Legendary.
- In the future, a Scholomance Academy adventure will launch and will be free to play.

- Craft any golden cards you really want; with duplicate protection on packs, you won't open duplicates on any cards until you've collected all the cards from that rarity.
- Open up your card packs! You're guaranteed a Legendary in the first 10.
- Share your deck ideas with us! You can use our deckbuilder to show them off. Don't forget to write a guide!

35 packs 5 legendaries + the free one to make it 6.... One is golden... Really happy
I'm a little weirded out.
Due to quitting halfway through last expansion I only had 3700 gold by today and was only able to offer a total of 43 packs....which apparently isn't even close to enough to get all rares seeing how I'M still missing a whopping 22.
Could have sworn that last expansion it only took me around 50 packs to get them all. Oh well, guess I'm gonna be opening at least 22 more packs in the coming days....that could take a while.
It took me 65 packs to get two copies of all rares. It looks like you are on the same pace.
When I first counted my missing rares, I overcounted because dual class rares show up twice.
I made sure I didn't. I am actually missing quite a lot. Guess I got a lot more epics than extra rares in my packs.
This expansion has been so great to me. In the pre-release, I opened 135 packs and got 13 total Legendaries (4 of which were Golden). I still have my 2 Golden Legendaries to get (from the 2 pre-orders), the 1 free Legendary for logging in (please not Star Student Stelina. I want to Golden Craft her), and the 2 other Legendary cards that are supposed to come as guarantees in the upcoming bundle. With buying that, I will have obtained 18 out of the 25 Legendaries and the expansion will have JUST released. 6 Golden from pre-purchases. Sorry, not trying to come across as bragging. I've just never been this lucky before with any expansion, and I've been playing since League of Explorers. :')
Wow, that sounds like terrific luck! Happy for you. I think I have just 8-9 total legendaries in 140 packs (and that includes the free one on login + 2 pre-orders). The last couple expansions have not been good for my legendary pulls (averaging around 1 per 30 packs).
I'm stuck at work and can't get my login stuff until after work, unfortunately. D: But 9 Legendaries is pretty good too! 1/4 of the way to obtaining them all. best of luck with your future packs, dude! :D
does anybody else have problem purchasing packs with gold?
It won't let me enter a number so I have to buy them one by one. Am I doing it wrong? Usually I just click on it and it offers me to select a number

Thanks for the new collection tracking plugin feature.
I did all was described in the Configuration Instructions, had the collection sync toast in HS and my collection is showing on the site, in the "Edit Your Hearthstone Collection" part. All seems to work perfect.
But when I list a deck on the site, the "Your cost" value is still showing full cost, and for every deck.
Am I doing something wrong ?

More questions on the deck tracker. I don't see anywhere on the site with details on specific card's from a set. I only see the one page with a bar representation and a #cards owned/#cards in set. I was hoping to see the granular details. Is there something I'm missing or is that all there is?

I paid for the 55-pack preorder and had a great run. 7 legendaries in 83 packs plus the 2-goldens for logging in. I'm most excited about getting Omu, Mozaki, Gandling, and Polkelt.
This also marks the first time where I did not mass disenchant my extras. I went through manually. There are just so many powerful cards that might be nerfed. I hung on to extras of at least one card in every class. Are Shield of Honor or Blessing of Authority likely to get nerfed? Probably not, but why not wait a couple weeks to see how the meta shakes out. If Gibberling gets nerfed I'll have made bank with my 9+ copies. Golden Voracious Reader? I'm keeping that.
I'll be the guy who replies without an amazing luck story. I opened 65 total packs, no preorders. I bought 60 with gold and had monthly rewards plus the first day of quest packs. I only pulled 3 legendary plus the login bonus. One was on pack 3, one on pack 22, and then not until pack 61. Yep, one short of the pity timer. I've got more gold, so I may do more after opening the rest of the quest packs over the next few days.
Opened 87 packs (5 golden), got 9 legendaries (3 golden) 8 legendaries (2 golden). I also did, for science, open first 5 regular packs and then the golden packs. After not getting any legendaries in the first 5 regular packs, my first golden pack got me one. I then got a regular legendary from my 7th regular pack, so I guess that means... well just that I am lucky I guess.
EDIT: I had originally counted the free golden legendary.

Love the deck tracker support. I'll be installing that plugin as soon as I am done working for the day and start on my packs.
Any advice on when to open golden Scholomance packs (from the big bundle)? First? Last? Somewhere in between?
They have no pity timer, so any time is fine. I would do them first, just in case you pull a Legendary that you want, so it'll come out golden. Odds are low, of course, but you never know :)
