Blizzard Retroactively Removes Statement Allowing Class Sets to be Purchased With Runestones

If you planned on using your premium currency as a means of purchasing the class sets, you will have to rethink your means of acquisition.

When the class sets were first announced, it was stated that you could purchase the class sets with Runestones.

It seems though that as the sets were released, Blizzard has retroactively altered the original announcement to not allow Runestones as a means of purchasing the class sets.

Above is the section of the announcement from when it was first published. Below is the same section of that original announcement today.

As such, Runestones are not a means of purchasing the content as was previously advertised. If you look at the bundles in the store, the option does not appear.
