Reign of the Black Empire Card Reveal Schedule Out, Rewards Guide and Theorycrafting Streams

Our reveal schedule for Reign of the Black Empire is looking pretty good. We've known specifically what classes were getting revealed on specific days already, but Blizzard has given us another post about the schedule, and this one has hints as to what the cards are. For instance, it seems that tomorrow, we're getting Rainbow Death Knight again and Combo Rogue. Do you remember 2 years ago when I said that they rely too much on Rainbow strategies for Death Knight? Not much has changed it seems.

From October 7 to October 9, we've got a theorycrafting event of the developers versus the streamers, and Drops will be enabled.

• NA/LATAM/EMEA - October 6 (11AM EST – 4PM EST) and October 7 (3PM EST – 9PM EST)

• APAC - October 7 (5AM EST – 11AM EST)

• CN - October 8-9 (7PM EST – 11AM EST)

From October 8 to October 9, Rarran and DaneHearth compete in a two-day long gauntlet with custom rules and chaos out the wazoo. Drops enabled.

From October 13 1PM EST to October 17 1PM EST, you can win 3 Standard packs and 2 Tavern Tickets by just watching Hearthstone streams. October 13 to October 20 also hosts the pre-release Tavern Brawl.

Reign of the Black Empire's battle between the Old Gods and the Titan-forged doesn't just happen in-game, it's continuing through card reveals! BlizzCon gave us our first look at all four Old Gods and several Titan-forged cards, but that was only the beginning. Join us for a revamped card reveal season as we unveil every card in just two weeks.

Week 1: We kick off card reveals with the classes that have embraced the whispers of the Old Gods.

Theorycrafting: A New Take on a Familiar Event

The Old Gods' corruption is spreading everywhere, and its reach knows no bounds! Theorycrafting has been infused with their dark power, expanding from a single day into nearly a full week of early access content. Join your favorite creators as they experiment with new decks, discover powerful interactions, and put Reign of the Black Empire through its paces before launch.

Theorycrafting: Devs vs. Streamers

The battle for the Black Empire isn't limited to Azeroth.

During Theorycrafting, Team Dev and Team Streamer will clash for glory, bragging rights, and rewards. Every five victories earned by Team Streamer will unlock surprise rewards for randomly selected Theorycrafting participants to share with their community, so every win counts.

To make sure more players can join the action, this year's Theorycrafting event spans multiple regions and multiple days. Participating creators will stream from their own channels throughout the event, while our developers enter the fray during the opening play session.

Pre-Release Tavern Brawl

Crack open the Reign of the Black Empire packs you’ve been earning, then jump into the Pre-Release Tavern Brawl where only Reign of the Black Empire cards are allowed. All Reign of the Black Empire Common and Rare cards available as free Trial Cards* during the event. Choose from predefined multi-class combinations before constructing your deck. Most options combine three classes, while one special two-class combination offers enhanced C'Thun synergies.
