Anyone else not opening legendaries? I've open 44 packs from ashes since the bundle came out and no legendaries
I opened the bundle for 20, i bought 15 with coins, 4 from the season, 3 from felfire 2 from twitch for a total of 44 ashes packs
I also bough 10 dragons packs with coins and opened the rest of the felfire packs
I have opened 100 plus ashes packs

Needs to be 10 of the same packs.
So you dont reach any of that 10 packs 1 legendary pity timer if you open 9 packs of different expansions.
You can report it and they actually can check on it, but I have never heard of a legitimate case of broken pity timers that Blizzard didn't actively compensate for. Pity timer has different rules that people forget. You should have gotten one legendary in your first 10 packs. After that it's 40. Every expansion set has it's own timer. You can sort your collection by rarity, lots of times people think they skipped the pity timer but didn't notice they got a card.
Are you sure all the packs are from ashes?
The pity timer is per pack type.
I have been unlucky as well but I didn't track the pity timer :/

not sure there is any pity timer on golden cards.
I'm quite sure there is: I even saved a page on Blizzard's forums but then it got taken down without me thinking about writing those informations somewhere else...
so i got with support and I guess i misremembered when I opened the last legendary since they said i've only opened 25 packs since then
Has anyone else noticed that the minimum dust total for a pack is 40, the pity timer for legendaries is 40, and that 40*40 = 1600 - the cost to craft a Legendary.
So, 4000g is pretty much 2 legendaries guaranteed (because you'll get some golds and epics too).
So they r tracking the 'nonexistant' pity timer after all, eh? Haha.
well ... I didn't have proof of pity timer broken
but as a matter of fact when Ashes was launched I purchased 50 packs and had 10K gold stored.
And with 150 packs I got just 4 Legendaries ... technically still in pity timer window (10+40+40+40), but for sure lot of bad luck :)
I can only speak from experience, but I started (manually) tracking my pack openings in a spreadsheet starting AoO.
From my results, I can say that the pity timer works (at least for epics and legendaries).
This is basically a confirmation the pity timer exists (I mean we know it exists just that Blizzard never admitted it).
