Ray of Frost looking even better! This probably fits best into tempo mage, where you can use a bunch of cheap spells to gain tempo then play this to refuel without having to risk losing it again as you would with Arcane Intellect.
Personally, I believe that this one has more potential than people are alotting it. It seems like powerful spell generation in burn mage, which is losing all of its good draw cards such as Aluneth. It will also be able to combo with seemingly bad minion removal such as Ray of Frost in order to destroy a minion and then double the value of your hand. Will probably see fringe play but not be meta playable
This looks great for some sort of Tempo/Elemental Mage. Get a Sorcerers Apprentice down, lob a few cheap spells at your opponent and refill your hand with Mana Cyclone . Could be a useful later game play?
