Trying to remember if Blizzard will be in Standard next cycle. I'm not sure what spells this will want to work with most, but it's a strong effect. There is a bit of unpredictability if you're playing The Galactic Projection Orb.

So the card drawn goes down to (0) if we wait enough. An interesting battlecry for sure, a handbuff that continues to last.
We might see more cards like this in future i guess, like "Battlecry: draw a minion, at the start of your turns, give it +1/+1".
I'm calling it, this mechanic is as problematic as "rest of the game" effects. If team 5 opened this path, it means that they will release more cards like this like how they did for rest of the game effects.
This card and effect might not be broken but anything can be broken with this effect. Well, with a right frost spell, even this card might be problematic in future.

Pretty slow, however you want to cast most frost spells reactively anyways, so it might be fine. Not great, but fine.
Will the cost of the card go down even if this dies?
If so, this is kinda nuts. If not... Might be too slow...

A neat little card draw minion for Elemental Mage, and I like the cost reduction making an expensive Frost spell a lot easier to cast the longer you hold on to it. However, I don't agree with the flavor: Usually paintings get more expensive the longer they've been around.

Really good Frost synergy card.
Frost spells are generally tools that you hold onto for quite a while, so it's playing well into what you're probably already doing with them.
Sounds good with frost spells. Maybe will see play in mage that's still run minions
I don't See the Frost spell Support yet and this doesn't really synergise with the Elementals, so this won't see a lot of play unfortunately.
Seems alright, nothing too crazy but no a bad effect either

I'm skeptical as well as I don't see the synergies that are worth running this yet. That actually makes me a bit sad because the Signature artwork is so beautiful! Let's hope we'll get a good target card soon.

Great flavor and the cost reduction lets it curve into Blizzard very nicely.
Cool concept! I guess it should see play, being an Elemental AND a drawing tool.
This will probably reduce the Cost by 1 before it dies if you're lucky.
A fine tutor, can even curve into a Blizzard if that's how you want to build your deck.
