  • Probably not good enough, you have to combine playing a 7 cost weapon with a fairly substantial amount of card draw to get your Mana's worth but who cares because I want to talk about that name. I'd like to know who decided to go with Ryecleaver when Doughcleaver was RIGHT THERE! Maybe they were worried someone on the internet would argue semantics like, "oooh, it's not ackshally a dough cleaver because the bread is baked" but in my opinion superior wordplay trumps accuracy.

    (upvote for Doughcleaver, downvote for Ryecleaver to help me prove (pun intended) that I'm right)

  • Fun card that is super bad in my opinion. And it ever becomes good, people will start playing Weapon hate. I mean sure the animation and the whole is hilarious, but come on. Play a 7 Mana 4/2 Weapon and if you want to profit from it, you need to draw a metric shit ton of good minions that shouldn't have a Battlecry all the while hoping your opponent doesn't destroy your weapon or just ignores your funny stick and kills you? Nah, I'll pass unless Warrior gets something that enables this (5 Mana "Draw 3 minions that cost 5 or more. This costs 1 less for each attack of your Weapon.").

  • Is that sandwich made from minions in your hand, or from your board? While summoning a bunch of minions for 2 Mana sounds good, 7 Mana for the initial cost is definitely a lot.
