Hi all,

I've been dying to get Bwonsamdi, the Dead to work in a deck ever since I unpacked him during Rastakan. I'm not much of a deck builder, but I have quite a lot of priest cards and figured I'd have a go at putting them to use. I love the idea of using bwonsamdi along with Spirit of the Dead as a value generator, getting lots of 1-mana minions shuffled into my deck before pulling them out with bwonsamdi for some insane late game value. When it works, it's glorious, but the deck does struggle in the early game.

Please take a look and give me your suggestions and be kind, as I'm pretty new to deck building!

I just want to say that I have hard times to save my decks and tracking them from a notepad file or some add-on is hard for me while i am playing this game from my desktop, laptop and my phone.

Recently i moved to wild because i got bored of standard and i chose a n'zoth deck to play. My winrate is lower than 50% and can't climb past rank 8, even tho i would reach rank 5 in standard in 3-4 days. I would like so tips, couldn't find a guide after preparation nerf, thus i don't know if i should still craft it. 60% of my games today were against secret mage and big priest.

I am really sorry if this is not where this thread should be.

Apologies if this was already posted somewhere, but I thought people might find the latest episode of Omni/Stone interesting as Dean Ayala was a guest:

I didn't take detailed notes or anything, but here are some points that stood out:

• Convo starts at 3:50
   
• Before Dean, Mike Donais was the only designer doing play testing on the team
  
  
• We know that they work on sets well in advanced, but Dean gave some numbers.  Saviors of Uldum will be his 16th set but he implied he's currently working on the next 4 as well.
  
  
• A lot of stuff on Team 5's design philosophy - concern with player experience at the beginning and end of games, concern with games feeling the same even with different cards, and wanting to enable decks that gently introduce you to the more complicated mechanics of the game (e.g. going from Murloc Shaman, to a C'thun deck, to Nomi Priest). 
  
  
• They didn't land on Death Knights until 9 weeks into Final Design! (18:45)
  
  
• Specific card discussions start around 31:40
   
• We may not be getting a way to discard duplicates from our singleton decks.  This was only hinted at indirectly in the discussion about Bomb Warrior interactions in play testing, but I came away thinking that there won't be an initial counter to bombs.  (convo happens soon after the 1 hour mark) 
  
  
• A lot of inside details on previous iterations of cards and how they balance the wow factor vs. pragmatic impact.  For example, Brann at one point summoned two 5/5 beasts with rush due to fear about the Krush burst, but it was more exciting to summon Krush (naturally).  And Reno had a set of special mage cards he was going to fire from his wand but they wanted something "more consistent" than something "flashy/memey".
  
  
• I think we knew this already, but he confirmed that the team reads Reddit comments so posting suggestions there isn't just shouting into the void!  (it's probably just shouting into a void)

So for warrior so far we've had armagedillo. My theory is that 3 of the remaining 4 will be the 3 creatures we see chasing the heroes in the trailer - so the mummy chasing finley, the tol'vir (possibly tekhan) chasing Elise and the sand worm/corridor creeper chasing reno. Not sure if this has been said before or anything but just thought of it. Any thoughts?

At first I thought this to be a two turn combo, but as it turns out, you can do it in one!


Elise goes infinite with Floop, Floops Gloup, Bees! and Moonfire:

have only those 5 cards in hand, then play elise
your hand is 2x Floop (set to copy elise) 2x Gloup, 2x Bees! and 2x Moonfire

Cast one Moonfire on Elise, then double Gloup and cast Bees! on her.
as a result all 4 bees + elise die, giving you 10 mana back.

from here on out you can cast floop into bees killing floop infinite times, giving you infinite copies of moonfire along the way!

If your opponent has a minion you can kill with 5 dmg, this loop also works with brewmaster instead of floop as brewmaster on elise, then casting her again + bees  = 10mana.

Well I looked at decent aggro cards, and found more than 30, maybe I should include some basic chargers too instead of what I have right now, but here is first try:

Title says everything, I know this is a bit early for this but I'm always a fan of Sir Finley Mrrgglton and always hated dudes on Paladin. Getting Heal, Tank Up! or Soul Tap is a dream for me for a long time and it is now possible, so I'm hyped a bit and my hype gave born of this deck. Dire Shapeshift, Poisoned Daggers or Fireblast Rank 2 could be also good for this deck in my opinion.

I am trying to theorycraft a Shaman OTK deck, using Corrupt the Waters, Fire Plume Harbinger, Grumble, Worldshaker, Zola the Gorgon and Fire Elemental. Together it is possible to kill any warrior or Druid (if you can click fast enough) for 8 mana only, with only the quest completed as the setup:

I think this Quest if very fun to build around, because you want to include quite a lot of cards that summon minions for your opponent, but then you can potentially steal so much of their minions that they would feel very upset. Prefer brainwashing large minions like Shirvalla or Sylvanas.

I think Genn and Baku should be mildly nerfed so that they aren't as powerful in the Wild format. I propose that instead of upgrading your Hero Power or making it cost 1 at the beginning of the game, they instead add a Spell to your hand at the start of the game if you meet their requirement (only odd cards or only even cards) that upgrades your Hero Power or makes it cost 1. Depending on how much of a nerf is needed the mana cost of the spell could be higher or lower, but I think making the Genn Spell 1-Mana and the Baku Spell 2-Mana would be fair. This would slow down the early game power of Genn and Baku decks without making them unplayable or messing with their design. What do y'all think about this potential nerf? Do you have any other ideas about how Genn and Baku could be mildly nerfed?
