This is quite literally Grim Patron.
Its as good as Grim Patron.
Dont expect to see it after the experimentation phase.
All the other attempts to not make Grim Patron OP have sucked.... why would this be any different
Because this effect is basically the same as the original and trades 1 effect trigger for 1 mana cost reduction. I don't think this will be op or anything, but don't write it off just yet
