I think this card is fine in a deck that has 28 really good cards and just wants to take up that last few cards with this.

Sightless Watcher and Lion's Frenzy synergy?
Really bad. The last thing DH needs is a single card cantrip. This is like "lesser skull of guldan" except not worth a single 1 mana discount.
