Maybe it isn't echo so that it will work with mana reduction cards like Far sight? Get this with far sight and it's repeatable 0 mana? Full heal to board and face? I'm probably being hopeful.

So... it's Echo but not? WTF is the point of having keywords in the game if they aren't going to use them?!?!
The only explanation is to keep this out of the Echo pool incase they ever have a "Discover an Echo card" mechanic. That's pretty much why I assumed they didn't change Unstable Evolution to be Echo. That and maybe wanting to keep it from working with Mistwraith... -
