  Too inconsistent and would be used similar ways Holy Wrath has been used as you would be trying to hit your opponent lost cost cards with your high cost cards.

  One of many meme neutral epics. It can be used in fringe big decks, but I have no hopes this will be in meta.

  and only big deck can use it but they don't want to waste cheat out way on this card

  Shenanigans, but you can't really build a deck where this is consistently good. Ok arena stats though.

  good for top heavy decks like potentially paladin especially against aggro. don't know if the effect is strong enough to actually run it though

  A meme card. The only way this will work is that you are playing a control deck against an aggro deck, but that's a pretty niche case

  It clearly has tilt potential, and of course there is card draw (which your opponent is likely to be able to use first). Maybe in Holy Wrath Paladin in a weird Prismatic Lens role? Nah, it will be all about the memes!

  Only way this sees play is with some uber niche combo deck, and I don't see it, but memes are still fun

  maybe if you use with high cost cards to lock down your opponents hand, like giants and the paladin tiger

  this is a silly, fun haver card 

  Possibly could see play in BIG decks to get a big guy discounted mid game, but I'm not sure where else this guy could see any play

  This is actually a pretty great card for any “Big decks”. Big decks haven’t been a thing for a while and unless Big Paladin becomes a thing thanks to Nozdormu, I don’t see this card seeing much play.

  A very cool card, I like the design a lot.  Unfortunately, it does not bring enough consistency or disruption that it warrants a spot in any decks.  It's too expensive and too inconsistent compared to other disruption effects.

  Funny mechanics, but it's inconsistent thanks to RNG. Maybe we will see Tentacled Menace as tech card for some tournament decks

  A bit too inconsistent. Even in the best case senario where you play this as control against aggro it still draws them a card, even overcosted that is often not going to be a problem when they ran out of cards. So you are basically banking on you drawing a card that has its cost reduced by that much that it wins you the game. I would call that a bit too inconsistent.
