Quest Control

I have been playing around with this build in Standard and have been loving it.  It works well vs Face Hunter and Demon Hunter surprisingly enough.

Object, kill your opponent.  If you can get the Deck of Chaos off early, it makes it so wonderful.  But there have been many a time when I didn't get it at all and I still did well.  Getting a corrupted Tickatus, let alone twice with Y'Shaarj, the Defiler, it just spells "Suck it".

When I played against control and bomb warrior, they just conceded.  I didn't even get to finish the game.  It was magical.

The Aranasi Broodmother are just great, not only for getting life back through drawing AND Plot Twist, but if they are in your deck when drop Deck of Chaos, 4 for 6/6 taunt that gains you 4 life when drawn = happiness.

Unstable Felbolt is remarkable with control because... well, there is no drawback.  1 mana and kill something small and annoying?  Deal!

Kanrethad Ebonlocke is a phenomenal card because after you have played Abyssal Summoner a couple of time, with or without the DoC change, and you are bringing back a couple of gnarly big demon walls that your opponent then has to deal with AGAIN.

The only card that I am questioning is Zzeraku the Warped.  After the DoC, and it's amazing.  However, without the change, it's really Meh.  I have tried other cards in it's place like Lord Jaraxxus in hopes of getting DoC off, but I didn't make this deck around Deck of Chaos, it's just in there because if you get it off it is almost always going to be worth it.  There has only been one time I played it and got Tickatus and I left him as a dead card in my hand while I ROFL-Stomped my opponent.  With that in mind, maybe another Khartut Defender would be great since they are solid with or without the DoC conversion.

Originally, I put Carnival Clown in there solely to get the DoC reward with the rank progression.  But it has shown to be quite helpful.  Although the 9 mana regular cost is quite a let down, I would consider this another potential swap out.

Ultimately, it has a lot of stay alive power vs aggro, which is what this meta has been experiencing since Scholomance came out.  In the long game, getting back a couple of corrupted Cascading Disaster and a Tickatus means that your opponent is be sad panda. Long life Y'Shaarj, the Defiler, best dust I spent yet!

Fun Fact I found out that made me really happy though, if you have corrupted a card and hit Plot Twist, the corrupted version stays! That made me super excited.

Suggested swaps for Carnival Clown and Zzeraku the Warped for:

2 Mo'arg Artificers

1 Enhanced Dreadlord and 1 Twisting Nether

1 Kobold Stickyfinger and 1 Acidic Swamp Ooze

1 Sphere of Sapience and 1 Raise Dead

No matter what you try, have fun and enjoy taking down those aggro decks.

I swear I'm jinxed.  I was able to run with this 6/10.  But the second I publish it I get a wave of bad draws and I feel your pain.

Looks like fun but had no luck - 1 victory, 4 defeats (in which I never got plot twist in hand).
