I heard that a few players were destroying the high legend meta with dragon combo priest this month (July ‘19) so I thought I’d give it a shot in the 5-L meta.
This deck is hard to play. Mistakes are punished harshly and you just lose your chance to ever come back. But the wins feel soooo rewarding like 900 IQ plays - no matchup feels unwinnable if you get the right combination of cards and can think ahead
Ive probably played 40 games with the deck at rank 4 and am the exact same stars I started at. Recognizing your opponents deck archetype and win condition is critical to success and the first big decision is the mulligan.

Interesting thought. I may try that. I have played against it and it feels like a different deck though. Dead cards until turn 9.
I have started winning more games (played over 100 now and WR is above 50%). Finished at rank 3 last season
Playing more aggressively with extra arms to make it extremely difficult to remove my minions and not being afraid to Inner Fire a minion before having lethal has helped a ton.
This has been especially effective vs popular cyclone mage, big priest and paladin matchups.
