Tempo Rogue decks have a lot of budget options in the new meta; this one seeks to use cheap Deathrattle minions along with Sketchy Information to find free tempo.

Ticket Master, Loan Shark, and Nerubian Egg are our choices for Deathrattle triggers. The rest of the deck is built like a Miracle Rogue, but we have some spice: Pandaren Importer get find us cards that were too expensive to run, and Traveling Merchant could be a very good big minion in a deck that can easily fill up the board with small bodies.
