Very cheap and very strong deck , in current wild meta that is dominated by discard lock,as you can see in the image below the unfavorable matchup is discard lock https://ibb.co/sR4T0ST but this can win against it with well timed counterspell or objection

Not going to say absurd winrates from like 80% from bronze to platinum ,cause that dosn't matter at high tier games.

Apexis Smuggler is card that can be replaced by

Cloud Prince  and Medivh's Valet but discovering tools that arent in your deck is very powerful ,and you can generate much more value by not replacing them
