Budget Taunt Warrior (Whizbang Theorycraft)

I'll be honest: Justicar Trueheart has no place in this deck, I just though it would be cool to try out. The majority of this deck is Taunt; using Quality Assurance to draw Taunt, and Unlucky Powderman and Detonation Juggernaut to buff Taunt. 2-Cost War Axe is back to help in the early game, and we're otherwise just trying to play massive Taunt minions until the opponent can't stand it any more.
