If my experience in the Tavern Brawl is anything to go by, you can Herald a Colossal that you don't have in your deck, which is great for Budget players and especially great for Shaman, whose pseudo-Flametongues play perfectly in a low-curve aggressive shell that probably wouldn't want to get to 8 Mana in most games anyway. This deck is doing three things:
Thing 1: Overload Shaman, thanks to Totem Golem and the new 4 Mana 7/7, to discount Haywire Hornswog.
Thing 2: Herald Al'Akir with no intention of actually playing Al'Akir (it's like we're calling him and then immediately hanging up when he answers).
Thing 3: Nature spells and Flux Revenant, with alternative targets in Acolyte of Pain and Twilight Egg.
Is any of it good? Does all of this work together, or is each part of the deck at odds with the others? I guess we'll find out.
