How to pilot this deck
Hi everyone,
I love Elemental Shaman and but I also like the new Shammy Quest a lot, so I thought I give it a try to get the best of both out of it.
Elements provide plenty of battlecry and have very good synergies, so this deck turned out to be really strong.
The common Quest decks were too greedy in my opinion and especially in some aggro matchups you lose quite a lot of health before you come back big. This deck provides heals when you need it and also enough removals to not lose control of the board. You might lose a bit of value compared to the classic quest decks in late game, but I think it is absolutely worth it. Shudderwok is not the win condition here, but more a comeback card (that still has the potential to win you matches).
So far I am really happy with this deck. I was experimenting around 20 games with it, until I ended up with this combination that worked out best for me.
I had one with Hagatha, but you need to play her before you finish the quest, so it was too much downturn, so she needed to go back to the swamp (sorry girl!).
If you, like me, are a fan of Elements and Quests, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
Super happy to write a Mulligan and game plan if there is some interest in this deck.
All questions more than welcome that I will try to answer asap.
Thx and glhf!

consider playing Mossy Horror instead of one Quicksand Elemental
or maybe one of each. Would have nice synergies on turn 8?
Thx for the feedback!
yes , I run one of each , that's what I've meant
I've been thinking about crafting Corrupt the Waters, and this looks like a solid way to use it. Food for thought.
I just don't see that much space for Thunderhead in this deck but it looks really good. I really love the elemental flavor.
Thx! I adjusted the deck recently and will post an update soon. There were some things that didnt turn out so well in the end.
Thunderhead is one of the cards that I kicked out.
Thx and I am happy you like the flavor ;)
also did not find any use for Storm Chaser
Its a battlecry, an elemental and it guarantees you to draw the storm bringer. Putting these 3 together was enough value for me to include it. Of course not a mandatory card at all.
