I like this card. You pay some stats to get a powerful minion to your hand which means aggresive decks might not be the deck for it. It is similar to Kazakus from Mean Streets of Gadgetzan where you brew a custom spell. It is a nice battlecry for Shudderwock also.
The first spell seems to always be a targetable one, whereas the second one requires no target. That way, when you play the minion, you only target once in order to cast the first spell and the second one is cast immediately after.
Actually, I think the first pick may offer both targetable and non-targetable spells, and only if you pick a targetable spell the second pool will offer only non-targetable spells.

As per the reveal video, the horror apparently costs 5 and the spells it casts can overload you.
