Everything You Need to Know About Hearthstone's Lunar New Year Event For 2024

Hearthstone's Lunar New Year event is back! This time, it has separate quest chains for Traditional Hearthstone and Battlegrounds.

• Complete special daily and event quests to earn XP on the event rewards track.
• Earn three Signature cards (2x copies of each) at 500, 1200, and 3500 Event XP.
• Earn a Battlegrounds skin at 2000 Event XP.
• Earn a Mage skin at 4500 Event XP.

The event runs from January 30 through February 13, 2024.

Lunar New Year 2024 Signature Cards

Three of the rewards for this event are Signature cards, two copies each of Kobold Miner, Walking Mountain, and Howdyfin.

There is a Battlegrounds skin on the event track as well: Lantern Stringer Galewing.

The final reward of this event is a Mage skin for Traditional Hearthstone: Dragon Dance Celeste

Lunar New Year 2024 Event Quests

These are separated into two chains, one for Traditional Hearthstone and the other for Battlegrounds. The quests can be completed one time each and will appear in order after you complete each one.

1. Hearthstone Celebration! 
   • Play 3 games of Traditional Hearthstone.
     • Rewards 150 Event XP
   • Destroy 40 minions.
     • Rewards 300 Event XP
   • Deal 200 damage.
     • Rewards 450 Event XP
   • Draw 50 cards.
     • Rewards 600 Event XP
   • Play 20 minions.
     • Rewards 750 Event XP
   • Play 50 cards.
     • Rewards 900 Event XP
   • Win 3 games of Hearthstone's Ranked mode.
     • Rewards 1000 Event XP
2. Battlegrounds Festivities!
   • Play 2 games of Battlegrounds.
     • Rewards 150 Event XP
   • Win 30 combats in Battlegrounds.
     • Rewards 225 Event XP
   • Play 12 Golden minions in Battlegrounds.
     • Rewards 300 Event XP
   • Upgrade your Tavern 10 times in Battlegrounds.
     • Rewards 375 Event XP
   • Finish Top 4 in 2 games of Battlegrounds.
     • Rewards 450 Event XP
