They will arrive somewhere in July. If I do not open Classic packs (from brawls/ watching a friend) waiting for the new cards there will be a chance to find them or the content is "frozen" when I get the pack? thakns

I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
Yeah, you should save your classic packs now. The contents of those packs aren't pre-generated, meaning that the cards will be generated upon opening, including the new cards in july (if opened then).
If you are missing actually good classic cards it's better to open packs now rather than after they are released, those cards are kinda worthless really, except the legendaries which are ok I guess..
