Vanish and Mind Blast HoF Dust Refunds...
I am quite puzzled. Before HoF rotations, if you kept rotating cards, only max crafting value of them would be refunded. Say, if you kept 2 golden Black Cat and 2 normal Black Cat, you would get 800 dust. With recent patch, however, I didn't earn 1600 dust since I had golden copies of Mind Blast and Vanish. I know patch notes regarding HoF cards btw:
- If you have Wild unlocked, you’ll keep Vanish and Mind Blast as Hall of Fame Commons. If not, you’ll receive an equivalent amount of dust.
So, I will ask to all of you: People who didn't have these cards will receive dust whereas people who had these cards didn't earn dust. Is that fair or am I missing the picture here? Also, what is the "equivalent amount of dust"? How is it calculated? Like, crafting value (HoF standards) or disenchanting values? Based on only golden cards or only normal cards or both?

I'd be surprised if anyone got dust for HOF-ed basic cards since you get them for free.
You don't get dust for basic cards. You cannot craft or disenchant basic.
You are right about that. However, I'm curious as to the "equivalent amount of dust" patch notes mentioned. Is it based on goldens or normals for those who didn't have?
It's for those who don't have wild unlocked (I didn't even know wild was locked). So basically brand new players. I highly doubt any brand new player who doesn't have wild unlocked, has leveled up a character enough to get a golden version of either of the cards.
well, wild is "locked" for new players. This was implemented 1-2 years ago (don't remember exactly). Any new players who wants to play wild must a) reach range 25 b) once reaching range 25, they must enchant/create one (any) wild card.
I demand dust or wild-use only cards for the Succubus.
You can dust the cards once moved to HoF. I never keep golden cards since I'd prefer to craft things I don't have, so I disenchanted both golden vanishes and mind blasts. 200 dust! Keeping the normal ones, since I play wild regularly.

You get dust only if you don't have wild unlocked according tot he patch notes.
Seeing as Mind Blast features a guy getting his brains blown out by dark magic, why wasn't this given a new art as well?!?! Inconsistency!!! Which is always a cause for free shit. Packs please!!!
Or I'll take a third annual Fire Festival!!! Please, Blizzard?!?!?
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
