Concept cards - community feedback

Hi Everyone,
I've been working on some cards trying to create a set, and thought it might be a good idea to get some feedback/insight/ideas from the community on a some of the cards.
While I'm starting off with my own designs, feel free to use this space to post your own cards for community feedback.
Some of these cards are designed with combos in mind - so consider how they interact with the other cards shown.

Good starter card. To start off,
Paladin's Divine Storm is too good for a 2 mana spell dealing upto 11 damages. Maybe change it or nerf it.
Druid's Entangle feels not connected to it's name. If it's entangled, it surely can't attack anything, why not make it to "Choose an enemy minion, it cannot attack for X turns". Or probably change it's name to Flinch/Flinched - it can't attack heroes.
That's it so far.
Knowledge is Power
Divine Storm and Queen Azshara looks tad strong, and I think Upwell is a bit weak.
I think that Divine Storm could cost 3-4 Mana, while Azshara is a bit hard to balance, like, it can lead to masive damage, but on the other hand 'Heal' decks would be rather controlish i think, so they may struggle to take full usage of face damage, and OTK is hard to do with this because you would need to be at very low health.
In case of Upwell, it's probably 1 Mana for draw, and difference between 1 and 3 Mana should probably need at least 5 healing, so you need a specific deck, and the effect is probably not worth this, even combined with Azshara.
I like concepts of most of these cards.

I like Entangle, could even cost 0 probably :p
Lightsteed Crusader is probably little too good vs any non-ping class. But not much ways to change it. Moving stats is kinda weird.
Azshara is pretty OP with some shaman cards like Healing Rain or Healing Wave, or having some Lifesteal dudes up. It represents way too much immediate burst threat, even tho not super consistent. Would be extremely unfun card. Just its existence would require from the opponent to always keep this in mind, if they can push for dmg or not, if Shaman could insta-snipe em next turn.
