Meh, the buff doesn't really do anything. And unless we see some kind of Hero power synergy cards printed for mage (Like in Rastakhans arena) then i don't think this will see any play.
I guess it is a body that demans a response? kinda? The buff seems unnecesary since it doesn't change anything.
Fun in other classes especially with rogue Scabbs :P
