Silence for any deck that needs it, if this had rotated I think they should have added a new one, it's good everyone has access for tech tools if needed.
Even after the nerf, this bad boy still made it into decks. Having a neutral way to deal with that evasive minion or the deathrattle you didn't want to see was key
