Forged launch / reveal?

do we have any info about the start of reveal ? launch is supposed the 23rd ... so not much time left ...

I was just coming to OoC to see what news.  Haven’t seen anything myself.

They often do 2 weeks of reveal so it should start the 8 march !

what about the Core ? it will start together with new expansion?

The core set will come with Barrens (source)

I kinda wish they'd confine the reveals to playhearthstone.com.

Scouring the internet for spoilers and finding them only in foreign languages is a pain. It also leads to turmoil in the community when the translations are missing or inaccurate.

I am very confused why they are taking this long to kick off the reveals. Usually reveal season lasts at least 2 weeks leaving at least a week between the final reveal and the expansion release to have space for theorycrafting and the pre-release events.

If the expansions drops on the 23rd and we are epecting the reveals to start on the 9th, that means we have just exactly 14 days for all the reveals, which means there'll be even more per day than usual?

I mean, I prefer not having a huge gap between reveals and release because it just makes the current meta feel even worse, but at this point it's getting a bit cramped

i suppose they will delay the launch ...

In Darkmoon it was literally done in 2 weeks. I think we were seeing somewhere around 10 card reveals per day then, there being 1 or 2 days between the final reveal and release date. Maybe this is the new norm, like the earlier release dates (the first expansion used to be released the first week of April)

Could be. Still not entirely sure why they would do it this way, but maybe arranging card reveals and such is more difficult these days.

presumably Tuesday will be the day they kick off reveal season with some sort of stream. (or maybe they just drop a bunch of cards with a video, who knows)

I was hoping to see another bingo game with upcoming card reveal.

I would like if they just revealed all the cards at once like they did the core set.

At this point, I'd be happy with confirmation of the release date. I don't need to know all the cards in advance, but I do need to know when it's actually going to drop.

(We all know it's the date mentioned on the store page, but an actual announcement in the name of clear and open communication would be nice.)

I believe in one of Dean’s Q&A sessions he said it would come out in March “if it’s ready.”  That was also prior to BlizzConline though.  So while I would hope they’d tell us if there are any delays, it could be possible that they are still making some last minute balance changes prior to getting the reveals underway.

If we don’t at least get an update with a reveal schedule and such today, I may be a little worried about a potential delay.

Most likely, even though this would be the first time that reveal season (assuming the expansion drops on the 23rd) last less than two weeks.

The other explanation is that the expansion doesn't actually drop on the 23rd and we've all been bamboozled

They will reveal Shaman/Warlock/Warrior tomorrow for sure. But they may reveal the Neutral unnerfs on Thursday and then begin the reveal season next Tuesday in order to make the reveal season last 1 week (if it releases on 23rd, that I'm starting to doubt it). 

Such a short reveal season will make card discussions all the more rushed :/ and Blizzard's continued silence on the release date and reveal schedule is becoming infuriating 

I reckon the release will be delayed and the 23rd was probably just the earliest they thought it could release. It's going to be a lot less hassle to extend the period people can buy the bundle for than to stop it earlier than people are expecting - much less complaints at least

My bet is that it'll come either on Thursday or Friday, there being a few more unnerf announcements incoming so tomorrow's likely out of the question.

It is very strange that they'd delay the reveals to such an extent. Is it really a good move to condense everything into 10 days before launch? I wonder if that means Barren's launch would be delayed as well.

It's weird given the increased communication from Dean, Alec, etc. that they wouldn't just say what's up. Maybe they were pressured to reveal for Blizzcon, since that event was so sparse to begin with. But will people really care if it gets pushed out a little bit? Sure the meta is stale/annoying but I think most of us expected this to launch in April anyway given past years, so I don't see what the big deal is. 

The Reveal spots are starting to be filled in on the Forged in the Barrens site.  Reveals start the 16th.

according to the reveal scheduling everything should be revealed in THREE days !!! or is there any reveal slots still missing?
