I don't really get what the point of this is, but I guess it helps in ramp decks that want a specific minion being played as soon as possible.
The only thing I currently see this being used with would be the new Malygos and....Ysiel Windsinger (I still believe in the dream)
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
A.k.a. Tutor your N'Zoth the Corruptor in every deathrattle deck you play. I like.
Sorry, Ancient Harbinger. A new fella is in town, and it's tentacle time.
Better call Thrall!
taunt+divine shield is a great synergy; and the tutor means that it'll for sure find a home in that one weird deck that wants to fetch something (maybe malygos or c'thun).
Seems like a good minion. Tutors big cards like the old gods, and it's still quite a sticky minion with that divine shield and taunt. Will probably see play in a few combo decks, and probably also in some control decks that really want to draw their old gods.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
It tutors your win condition. Basically that alone makes this a premier card. Couple that with divine shield and taunt and you have an all round winner.
OK, I'm starting to feel like they are overdoing it on tutor effects.
Yeah I wonder if this is because they said they are trying to reduce RNG and that includes generated cards.
Not a bad way to manipulate your draw, even for one turn.
