  • no it is not.

Ok there might not be a card "Whenever you recruit a minion, restore 2 health to your hero or deal x dmg or sth like that" but if there was, Tip the Scales will do nothing to trigger it but Woecleaver would trigger it and he just pointed it out.

It is like Charged Devilsaur and Rush difference.

    • Except charged devilsaur and rusj have actual mechqnical defferences, very big ones at that

      • Recruit doesn't trigger "when you summon" effects. Go test it out.  We'll wait for you.

        • WHAT? Ever heard of call to arms and Knife Juggler?

      • summon and recruit has also so big differences mechanically.

        • Summon from deck*. And no, they are still identical

  • It seems like they forgot to mention that Murlocs are part of Palas class identity. ;)

I am mostly a Wild player and I am not sure if the new Pala card is worth there, because 8 mana is pretty slow for a aggro murloc deck. And in a only combo murloc deck there aren't enough murlocs in the deck to be usefull.

On the other side, the new neutral murloc should be an option for aggressive murloc decks, because a random murloc for both players most of the time benefits more the player who is playing the murloc deck and a 3/2 murloc for 2 is fine statewise. I don`t think this is an auotinclude, but should be good enough to be considered.

  • Tip the Scales could be a good card for Anyfin Murloc Paladin in Wild but my version pretty much guts the deck by turn 8 to the point where you aren't getitng much value if you do that. But if the majority of the Murlocs are still in the deck for the Anyfin combo by not drawing alot of cards, then you essentially have a 3rd Anyfin Can Happen. Probably going to need to test it to see if it works or not.

Seems too slow and inconsistent for a combo anyfin deck.

Call to Arms and Finja, the Flying Star pull out the murlocs and thin the deck just fine already.

That's what I'm thinking as well.

  • A deck that runs Tip the Scales is going to want to run Prismatic Lens and have few spells to insure this gets reduced. Could be a really solid deck build for that turn 5 follow up

  • Murloc pally back? Imagine it in wild with plays like t5 call to arms, t8 tip the scales, t10 anyfin can happen. I mean I know it's slow but it's ridiculous how quickly you can thin out your deck. I just realized this might also be good for thinning out your shirvallah otk deck in standard. Just draw it with Prismatic Lens :D

  • Oh look, its Anyfin Can Happen!

I like it. One of my favorite decks but with Murloc Shaman your pool sucks. Maybe change the card to YOUR murlocs that died this game.

Pretty sure they did make that change a while ago..

        • No they didnt!

          • Dang, you are right. For some reason, I thought I remembered them changing it to only friendly minions because the mirror matches were getting out of control when it was first printed.

  • Murloc paladin is coming back???

  • Zoo Pally in coming
