Seems pretty bad. One off reduction for your opponent is huge, and because this thing has reborn, it is likely going to affect two turns. Without rush you need to wait a turn to get use out of it, at that point likely with 1hp, presumably against a wide board.
It does decrease the rating for diseased vulture too, as this can be summoned by it, diluting the 3 mana minion pool.
I don't see anyone ever putting this in their decks.
The drawback is way too much, the minion is very strong but I doubt it's worth it.
The whole purpose of this *neutral 3-cost* card is to give a "critical miss" to all the "summon random 3-cost minion" cards. Huge nerf to all of those... Sad, so sad...
What about in friendly matches, where people try to do some wicked combos?
I know you talked about constructed and probably arena, but I wanted to point this out. We might see a lot of Trolden/Hysteria videos.
Chunky stats if you get it off wandering monster, the drawback is likely too much.
Mages and rogues would slaughter any deck playing this.

Can maybe work in a silent priest? Or any other deck with cheap silence effects.

Then you would be paying 3 mana and a silence effect for a plain 5/4, cuz' the reborn keyword would be also removed. Arcane Watcher would be much better in that case.

This will 100% appear in a Mechazod tavern brawl.
When I first saw it, I thought it could be used in arena (just like Soldier of Fortune), but even there it looks very risky. If we don't see other cards, which will support the 5/4 mummy, then the only places we would see it would be in some Trolden/Hysteria videos, where people play friendly matches and try to pull off wacky combos.
tbh they could have probably pushed the stats even further on this one.
This card looks like crap for pretty much any game mode now, but i actually like that it exists. It pollutes the random pool, but more importantly, it can be used in those fringe scenarios, like playing a friend as said already, or in certain brawls or PVE content. I like that we also get a few cards like that.

Maybe to get a new record? Lethal on turn 1? With a little help from the opponent? Are there any records like this? Say with each new expansion in standard the earliest turn lethal can be achieved with perfect draw? Turn 3 should be doable, but turn 2? Turn 1?
turn 2 is possible with Millhouse Manastorm. If i remember correct, there was a video which a druid kills the opponent on t2 after the opponent played him.

I think in theory mage could pull off a 2 turn OTK using Apprentice+r10 times a Magic Trick rediscover+Arcane Missiles+Elemental Evocation + Cyclone into lots of Arcane Missiles = lethal on turn 2. But chances are slim.
It makes the 3 cost evolve pool that much worse.
You shouldn't be playing this card if you want to win because despite being slightly better stats than a 3 cost, giving cost reduction to an enemy just gives them more options and gives them a lot more tempo.
